We have the classes to meet all skill levels. From beginners to medium- and high-intensity gym goers, Area45 offers three circuits of interval training. All courses offer many styles of full body workouts with at least 45 seconds per section and a minimum of 15 seconds of rest in between. There are eight sections per circuit, each allows you to go at your own pace. We also offer classes to fit into all types of schedules. Our classes are offered every day of the week: morning, afternoon and night. We know how frustrating it is to have to work around your schedule to fit in some time for fitness. We make it easy for our clients to better themselves by offering extreme availability with our classes. This is the future of fitness.
