*Please note: Each circuit contains 8 sections; each section is minimum for 45-seconds with at least a 15-second rest in-between. However, whether you choose a 1 circuit course or a 3-4 circuit course you will always be able to workout at your own pace. Each course will still be a total of 45-minutes (besides the senior workout). All classes may use weights, bosa ball, mat work, TRX and exercise balls depending on the course and the trainer’s discretion. All classes train on agility, speed, quickness, movement, strength, stamina and more. For the next month all classes offered will be called the “General Class” (for more information about what a general class consist of please read below), until proper scheduling is applied.
