What Class Fits you Best?

*Please note: Each circuit contains 8 sections; each section is minimum for 45-seconds with at least a 15-second rest in-between. However, whether you choose a 1 circuit course or a 3-4 circuit course you will always be able to workout at your own pace. Each course will still be a total of 45-minutes (besides the senior workout). All classes may use weights, bosa ball, mat work, TRX and exercise balls depending on the course and the trainer’s discretion. All classes train on agility, speed, quickness, movement, strength, stamina and more. For the next month all classes offered will be called the “General Class” (for more information about what a general class consist of please read below), until proper scheduling is applied.   • General classes

    3 circuits of (go at your own pace) interval training. This course offers many styles of full body workouts and great cardio with at least 45-seconds per section and minimum of 15-seconds rest in between (there are 8 sections per circuit). This course will be offered for beginners, medium-intensity goers, high-intensity goers, and for all gym goers.

  • High-Intensity classes

    High-Intensity (go at your own pace) interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. A high-intensity workout increases the body’s need for oxygen during the effort and creates an oxygen shortage, causing your body to ask for more oxygen during recovery. This class offers an amazing body workout that burns the most calories.

  • Medium-Intensity classes

    Medium to high (go at your own pace) intensity interval training that offers 45-minutes of cardio, interspersed with strengthening and movement exercises using the full body. Focus on mechanics and improve your overall athletic performance.

  • Beginner-Intensity classes

    Low to medium (go at your own pace) intensity: Want to get a great workout, but you’re just trying to get back into shape? Well, this is the course for you! Get a full body workout, burn a lot of calories and have a lot of fun doing it. This course helps you gain the confidence you need to get back in it while learning proper form so you don’t hurt yourself.

  • Athletic Conditioning classes

    Medium to high (go at your own pace) intensity: All the rigors of a boot camp, but more fun and much better! Challenge yourself with cross‐training exercises using weights, TRX, medicine balls, bosa balls and other pieces of equipment. This class is an overall conditioning class designed to enhance speed, agility, strength, and endurance.

    Number of Circuits: 2-3 (trainers discretion)

  • Senior Conditioning classes

    Low-Intensity classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun.

    Number of Circuits: 1 (20 minutes)

  • Family Fun Day classes

    Low to Medium (go at your own pace) Intensity classes that are made to bring families together and offer a fun, but yet, a great workout. Our fun classes are set to high-energy music, which is like a dance party that doubles as a great cardio workout. Expect to build your endurance, coordination and learn some new workouts!
